This half-day module focuses on how to prepare lead and manage effective coaching conversations in the workplace around safety. It involves several key concepts and is designed for small groups to apply with real practice and feedback, and is focused on instant application.
This 2-hour session is focused on increasing effectiveness of safety leadership of the leaders by following up on their safety commitments and current safety challenges their team may be experiencing as well as reinforcing learnings from their Switch On session.

This is an intensive targeted approach focused on upskilling safety leaders in a timely, tangible and effective manner where there is the need to move quickly and to generate improvement in safety leadership. It is designed to implement coaching to improve developing supervisors or leaders and their teams and ensuring they meet the required expectations. There is a diagnosis phase with Actrua where assessment is undertaken to find areas of strength and weakness.
An extensive targeted approach focused on developing the skill sets of internal coaches. It is designed to enhance and develop coaching skills to ensure the participants excel as coaches and are instrumental in developing a culture of coaching in the workplace. Each session focuses on once concept, small groups, real practice and feedback, and is focused on instant application. This approach also adds elements of peer coaching and additional mini-workshops can be deployed as required to meet specific development periods.
