This 2-hour session is focused on increasing effectiveness of safety leadership of the leaders by following up on their safety commitments and current safety challenges their team may be experiencing as well as reinforcing learnings from their Switch On session.

This is an intensive targeted approach focused on upskilling safety leaders in a timely, tangible and effective manner where there is the need to move quickly and to generate improvement in safety leadership. There is a diagnosis phase with Actrua where assessment is undertaken to find areas of strength and weakness.
