Selected by the multi-media publication Human Resources Director (HRD), Actrua has been recognised for its work in leadership development and coaching.
To select the best L&D service providers for 2021, HRD conducted one-on-one interviews with HR professionals and surveyed thousands more to gain a keen understanding of these professionals’ insights into current market offerings. Winners were ranked on quality and breadth of content, learner engagement, user experience, value for money and learner outcomes.
While COVID-19 has brought many challenges, such as restrictions on face-to-face learning, it has also created new opportunities to engage people in ways that weren’t possible before the pandemic. Actrua has worked closely with clients to offer impactful and emotionally connecting e-facilitated learning experiences. This has opened the door to new ways of working, such as bringing in international experts, client CEOs and senior executives to discussions that simply wouldn’t be possible with the travel and time commitments that face-to-face formats demand.
